watching this video makes me sad. i'm gonna be 24 this year and if i were to die by the age of 70, it means i have less than 50 years left and i have zillions of places that i havent been to. i want to travel around the world, so bad. :( but i'm so scared. i always feel like teaching from one country to another but i'm so scared to take the risk. yes, it is risky. what if i cant adapt myself to new people, new places, new culture? what if people cant accept me? what if i feel homesick? how do i build up a career if i keep moving around? urgh! yea i know, ranting here is a waste of time. while matt is already dancing in two more new countries, tatie is still here (only) THINKING about it.

doctors should stick to their scrubs and leave the singing to GLEEk.

never have i ever paused grey's anatomy (well except for grabbing snacks and stuff - but never have i paused to actually blog about it.) and that's not a good thing. it's grey's anatomy musical episode and i wasnt aware of it at first. started when kelly saw her own soul looking at her while she struggles through the blood and cuts for the accident. and the soul started singing. ok, that was ok. it's supposed to be a ghost, so it's okay for a ghost to sing. and thennnn, while they were opening her up, HUNT started singing..ookk.. then BAILEY started singing. homg! u're in the middle of blood and chaos for God sake. i wasn't even praying for them to save kelly. i was praying for them to stop singing. Lexie was ok. i couldnt take it anymore when HUNT started singing again and here i am. LOL. ok i'll press the play button now. let's see if i change my mind. :)

i've just realized that i havent been telling you about my working life. kudos to daddy for making me paranoid about ranting everything about my life online since according to him employers now will go through things you put online and can and might use it against you. lol. but screw it. am gonna tell anyway.

ok i'm teaching an english intensive course. the course is by session and each session is done in four weeks and on the fifth week, the students will have their finals on monday and tuesday and we'll be on break for the rest of the week. tomorrow would be their finals which means the fourth week has just ended. i loveeeeeee the weekend of week 4. why? coz i dont have to prepare for any lesson and stuffs :) and i'll be on a break for 3 days! yippie. yes, 3 days might be nothing to you but it sureeeee is for people who work their assess off 5 days a week, okay! :P

AND the monday of the fifth week is the only monday where i'd yell have a nice monday everyone! hehe.

Drugs. I grew up being brainwashed with all the anti-drug campaign in school. You know, where they bring in all the gov. and ngo bodies to set up booths and showing gory pictures of drug abuse, planting the fear towards drugs in students' minds. Well, if that's their ultimate goal, then i should be in their successful stories. i don't do drugs. never.

BUT. little that i know that there's another kind of drug. it's addictive. well ok, duh. of course it is. and it's painful, it hurts, it doesn't do anything but harm, and it makes you keep going back to it. again and again. no matter how much you know you'll end up hurting, you just can't keep yourself away. i think i'm an addict. a chronic one, i would say. well at least people should give me an award for never giving up on this drug. :) now this is where 'never give up!' wishes make sense, doesnt it?

so, yes. i'm an addict. i'm addicted.

sometimes i wish life has no surprise. i wish life is like an open book. an open, no-hidden-meaning-book, so that i can study it and not make mistakes. if a book is too much, grant me a manual so that i can fix every dots to make it function. if a manual is too much, then provide me a troubleshooter. where i can put in the problems, and thousands of menus on how to fix it will appear with a single click.

hey morning guys. i know i've been mia lately. fiffy has been complaining and i bet some of the others also feel like i'm neglecting 'em. asak even came up with this 'u dah berubah sejak kerja'. female language much, asakkun! :) thing is, work has been crazy. ok not work. the people at work. get this, not my colleagues. colleagues are awesome. yes, the other people at work. *SIGH*

yes, who is this person who gets caught up with work, whose life revolves around work and who puts aside awesome friends for work? sadly, it's me. no, i should not be this person. i dont want to be this person. this job is supposed to be a part time thing, temporary and should not be my biggest priority, a thing i worry about every single day, a thing i wake up to every single morning and a thing i think about before i go to sleep every single night. look, don't get me wrong. i love my job. i love teaching. but it has been a bumpy ride lately and that's why i shut down myself from everyone. i've been sleeping a lot. there's something that my body and my brain can't take. people get drunk to forget things, i go to sleep.

yes, i can say that i'm a selfish b*tch. friends texted me with their problems. i ignore them for i have my own. i shouldnt. and friends, i'm sorry.

kalau korang follow blog ni dari dulu, mesti bole nampak penulisan aku yang semakin matang. (ecewah) dulu banyak zaman emo2 kanak2 gadoh sana sini. pastu kejap happy tak bertempat kejap sedih gila. sejak akhir2 ni banyak view pasal life, kan? :) harini rasa nak blogging dengan menggunakan bahasa melayu.

tatie eh tadi aku hantar umi pergi bazar kecik (kedai cik ros jual kueh mueh dan lauk sedap), dia nak beli vadei kegemaran adek. (biasalah tu, kalau untuk anak kesayangan yg itu, mmg sanggup buli anak2 perempuan yg lain - nyeheheh) pastu kitorang gerak nak anta anak kesayangan dia pergi gunting rambut (budak sekolah, rambut taleh panjang) tibe2, hmm. ok la bukan tibe2. kitorang nak kuar simpang jalan besar. pastu ade avanza kaler ijau berhenti betol2 kat tepi simpang tu. umi pun tegur, (dalam kete je la) "dangerous betul kereta ni". dan dengan menggunakan perkataan dangerous tu, umi bermaksud membahayakan keselamatan kitorang sebab tak nampak kereta dari arah kanan sebab avanza yg agak besar tu dah block view kitorang. (tapi at last dapat gak cross dengan selamat - alhamdulillah)

lepas je kitorang belok kanan, kitorang nampak ade sorang brader ni (dalam late 30s kot) tengah sengih2, berlari2 anak sambil pegang bendera Malaysia. Ohhhhhhhhh!!! rupanya dia adalah pemandu kereta avanza tadi. bendera kereta dia tercabut rupanya. sanggup dia membahayakan keselamatan kereta dia, keluarga dia (dan juga keselamatan aku, umi dan adek) demi nak selamatkan bendera negara kita. aku yakin dia bukan selamatkan bendera tu sebab bendera tu mahal. sebab bendera letak kat keta tu murah je (aku yakin)

jadi, terus tak jadik nak marah kat brother avanza. sebab beliau menggadai nyawa demi bendera Malaysia. kalau sebab bendera pun dia menggadai nyawa dia dan keluarga dia, apatah lagi kalau negara kita yg terancam, kan? :)

-funny

(well basically everything a prince charming in a fairytale has)

so they found the guy, handsome, rich, tall, a gentleman, funny, a prince charming. months later, they dump him, or got dumped and they move on, finding another guy with the exact set of rules. then it happens again, repeatedly, getting dumped or dumping.

years later they found a guy, with the total opposite traits. not handsome, not rich, not tall, not a gentleman and no sense of humor. the kind of guy they'll pass right from the first glance. but in the end, they settle for these kinds of guys. a guy that is not at all up to their rules but able enough to make them fall. and these guys are the exception.

so i've been driving to work for the past two weeks. and sometimes i have to go to the office early in the morning as i have observations or admin stuff to do. early means - 7 in the morning, through the kl-seremban-highway + jln tun razak jam, first and second gear only, cursing the crazy drivers who just couldnt understand that there are cars lining up in front of you, trying to take over even when they know it wont take them anywhere - early. so right before we got to that tudm/smart tunnel stretch, there's this electronic billboard which will update us drivers with the traffic ahead. anddd.. for the past 10 days i've been going back and forth, the only thing i've read on it is: "trafik sesak sehingga jalan tun razak, pandu dengan cermat" and every time i read those i'll be like, THANKS FOR THE UPDATE! i wouldn't have known that the traffic ahead is congested or moving slow as i can only see thousands of cars with break lights in front of me.

so what's my point? my point is, hey, telling people who are lining up cursing towards each other that the traffic ahead of them is jammed IS NOT HELPING. telling people 'pandu dengan cermat' when everyone is late to work, IS NOT HELPING. i think people would love it if they can read something else on that expensive electronic billboard of yours wouldnt they. believe me. u're in a massive jam. Aaany news other than 'trafik sesak sehingga jalan tun razak, pandu dengan cermat' would help! give us jokes. or trivias. or just simple news update about the world or hot gossips about any celebrities. we. would. appreciate. that. my favourite is the joke. hello, stuck in a jam, a simple laugh could help lighten up the mood.

OR (i can't believe i'm suggesting this) this is the time you can go on with the whole 1malaysia stuff. give us inspirational quotes and words about how we're lucky to be malaysians.

hey :) yeap..been writing and saving things on drafts. can't seem to get them posted though. updates? well i just miss my student life. nope, not the whole doing assignments and taking quizzes stuff. just the company of the great people there. would i go back? honestly, no. wishing to go back there is just pathetic. don't u think? why? coz u won't get it. haha. yes, i do miss those days. but life's not gonna wait for me. i can't walk backwards and move time to the past can i?

saw a few of the bunch on tuesday. it was nice. watched twilight and i hold myself down from shouting COME ON to e-v-e-r-y word that comes out from the sparkling vampire's mouth. hahah. and jacob, 'i'm hotter than you'? baaaaahahahhahaha. and dinner was nice too. you should go there some time. yap kwan seng's full house. right at the end of the stretch.

I’ve never been a fan of spoiled brats. Shows like my sweet 16 or Bank of Hollywood(with people coming with super stupid stories) make me sick. So sick that I think I can actually bang my head up against the walls. Get this dude, not knowing which car you want for your 16^th birthday, what dress to wear on your big fat party, how to put a jakuzi on your tree house is not and can not be considered a problem! You don’t get to be stressed out about having too much money that you feel it’s impossible to just POINT to the car that you want. YOU don’t get to be stressed out about choosing your nice fancy dress for your freaking expensive party and you don’t get to be stressed out about not having a jakuzi on your tree house.

Look, I have nothing against rich people. They (or their parents to be exact) work hard and they deserve all the luxury that they have. It’s just plain fair as they made their own luck. But whining about being rich and having too much money that THAT too is a problem? Oh come on. That is just sick. Aren’t you sick? Coz I am. Be thankful. That’s one thing my dad has always told me. Whenever I whine about something, those two words are what he will always mention. Nothing more and nothing less. Be thankful so that I know I don’t get to be stressed out of what course to choose, which uni to go to, which place to work at. Coz God actually granted me the opportunity to CHOOSE. I have choices. And if that too makes me stressed out and whiny, I’m just one of the spoiled brats I’m sick of.

I worked for the kids at tasputra. I saw what they go through, everyday. I see how hard it is for them to make it through the day. so if that doesnt give any impact to me, doesn't change me for the better, then the money we raised for them is worthless.

If I’m whiny about MY life, about MY future, how MY car is not fancy enough, how MY clothes are not branded enough, is it fair.. for them? Them whom in their wish list is just

number 1) get down from the van to the door by myself.
Number 2) not to cry during the painful therapy.
number 3) try to eat by myself today and not spill the milk again
number 4) try to make mom happy by showing her some progress

so now compare their wish list to ours. Is it fair that we get to put ‘ask daddy to buy the new apartment for me’ in our wish list while there are people out there who are just wishing for WALKING? I am ashamed of myself. Cutting the Xperia out of the wish list now. Coz as I am sick looking at the spoiled brats I see as spoiled brats, maybe the kids are seeing me as one too. So I don’t get a wish list. I don’t.

Look, it’s not like I did not try or don’t want to write. I’ve tried. Several times. You can check my dashboard. I have several posts in drafts and I couldn’t, just couldn’t click ‘publish’. Well u know, if u write shit, u write shit. I just can’t keep giving you craps, can i? :P

So I’ve moved out from the apartment slash flat in shah alam. We (me and the beaches and the rest of the batch) have graduated. Yes, result was out on the 10^th and after the zillions amount of clicking refresh or f5, I got through to my transcript. Oh I gave it away earlier it seems. Yes, Alhamdulillah, we made it. pfft. No surprise there nemore is there? Hehe.

As a pre-graduation thing, me and the rest went to tioman as..well lets put it as our pre-reward (as result wasn’t out when we were there) for the 5 challenging years of hard works, (bahaha, I was about to put hardworkingness OMG) blood, literal sweat and tears. Okay, not so much of hard works, we are the queens of procrastinations, where in the world did hard work come in, kan? Hehe. So tioman was great. Wait, it wasn’t tioman. It was the people I went there with. It doesn’t take much to impress us all anyway. U could put us in an empty white room and we’ll make do coz we sure know what to do for entertainment. LOL. U can read (in deep details) about the trip at liyana’s.

Have you locked your keys in the car?

Does your car have remote keyless entry? This information may come in handy someday.
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, just call someone at home and ask them to get your spare key and their mobile phone. Then hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at home press the unlock button on the spare key, holding it near their mobile phone.

They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card your phone will be totally useless.

If everybody did this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.

FIFTH

ATM - PIN Number Reversal - Good to Know

If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM machine, you can notify the police by entering your PIN # in reverse.

For example, if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321. The ATM system recognizes that your PIN number is backwards from the ATM card you placed in the machine.

The machine will still give you the money you requested but, unknown to the robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to the location.

This information was recently broadcast on CTV by Crime Stoppers however it is seldom used because people just don't know about it. Please pass this along to everyone.

1. my keys are still missing. currently using kecik's.
2. finishing school program - may 10-11 - was rather..quick. had an interview with MSU on the 12th and i'm hoping for that.
3. started working with wall's now. well technically i don't work with wall's. i'm working with this company which i think is a magazine company and so we have to promote their sponsors..ok u know what, i won't even try to explain. haha. just have the idea that i'm now a promoter and i go from school to school and i have nadia and fiffy as my team mates :) oh and next week's the last week.
4. got back my hard bound ae. haven't submitted them to the office. procrastination is the way to graduate. yay!
5. pet has finally received the gift we sent him :)
6. visited the kids at tasputra perkim. i wish to go there more often, just to keep them company.
7. currently packing stuffs to bring home.. moving is never my cup of tea. pfft.
8. went to my high school on monday with naddi. took my spm cert. was the only one from my class who havent taken the cert. :) was nice being there although for just 5 minutes. it brings back good memories.
9. (almost) got peanut back. thnx pa! will take good care of her, promise. oh and daddy permits a new external. yippie. (pushing all the luck i could have before earning own money LOL)

i couldnt sleep last nite..

mother's day.
i'm not at home where umi is.
as i recall back, i dont think my family has that tradition where everyone has to be home on mother's day and buy presents.
and whenever we are actually home during mother's day, umi still cooks, does the laundry, wakes up at 6, run errands while everyone else (yours truly) wakes up at 11, asks for lunch, read the newspaper, watches tv, making a mess..
so yeah. i dont think my family celebrates mother's day. it's just a regular day for us all.

i was done with chapter 5 yesterday so just now i was putting in all the stuffs like abstract, references, appendices okay you don't want to know all that, do ya.
so the thing is, word really got onto my nerves. it was hard enough for me to list all the items with the right pages with the figures and all but what's with the numbering system?! yeah and i actually had to surf 'words 2007 for dummies', thank you.

nonetheless, i'm done. i just cant believe it. all i need to do now is to wait for my sv to check for final editing.

so i was still having the adrenaline rush as i sent the email to my sv. what did i do next? no one was online obviously so i went to this website and took all sorts of personality test there. lol. yes, i have trouble defining myself.

so lets see..
the first test i took was (according to the website) a test the human resource department would give.

yg aku nampak, lelaki melayu tengking2 lelaki india tu.
dia cakap lelaki india tu kurang ajar dengan wife dia and anak dia.
lelaki india tu balas dengan sangat perlahan, "saya tak kurang ajar bang, saya panggil dia 'madam'."
mungkin lelaki melayu tu tak faham "madam" tu ape.

maklumlah, melayu ni bodoh. dah lah bodoh, sombong. bila nak diajar konon2 dah cukup di ajar. bila nak di ajar bahasa lain, konon2 pengkhianat bangsa. sebenarnya, dasarnya senangggg aja. kau bodoh. itu je.

lalu dia pun tengking2 dan ulang2 benda yang sama.

lepas tu, lelaki india tu alihkan kereta dia. (aku rasa diorang berebut parking je kot actually)

2) 2 orang anak kecil hanya memerhati ibu dan ayah dia kena tengking dengan pakcik melayu. aku tak pelik kalau anak yang dua ni membesar dengan membenci melayu.

3) takde point pun sebenarnya kau. aku nampak hujah kau. hujah kau hanya lelaki tu kurang ajar. bila si isteri lelaki tersebut tanya apa husband dia cakap yang kurang ajar sangat, dia tengking isteri laki tu pulak. oi bodoh. kau jangan dayus lembik sangat boleh? tengking pompuan depan orang. bodoh!

aku benci bangsa aku sendiri. aku rasa tidak selamat dengan bangsa aku sendiri. tak guna aku perjuangkan hak2 aku, hak2 bangsa aku kalau orang2 yang patut jadi contoh kepada bangsa aku adalah orang2 bodoh macam tu. melatah bila dicuit sikit. ramai orang benci bangsa aku sebab orang2 bodoh macam kau. kau yang ada masalah sahaja bertumbuk. ada masalah sahaja kecoh satu kampung, suruh turun padang.

aku malu jadi melayu, kalau orang2 melayu adalah orang2 seperti kau, aku malu.

the early part of the dinner was...blergh. we were scolded for being too noisy, and for taking pictures. ok i know, people are giving speeches and all. but hello, me and protocols? not on the same page. haha. then again, as we respect the organizers as we can see they worked so hard for our pre grad dinner (except for some of the performance part, i must say) so we settled down at our tables...of course, for awhile. i think they must had crazy times trying to calm everyone down as everyone was everywhere during the performance. hahaha. yes, we are that hard to handle.

the menu for that nite was chinese food. honestly, i didnt have the time to enjoy the food as before our performance, we got butterflies inside our tummy and after the performance we were busy taking pictures. but the food was nice. :) there was another performance after ours and they sang through my window. the whole hall was singing and dancing along. best gilaa!!!

this was after the performance. we were sweating like hell as we changed straight away after we performed. well, kitorang pun tatau kenapa cepat sangat kitorang tukar baju. haha. (lapar, perhaps?)

ok lah. tayah nak tangguh2 dah. meh la aku cite ape yg berlaku selasa haritu. hari isnin aku kecoh2 cakap hari selasa hari gila aku kan? ye, betul. gila. sangat gila.

pagi tu aku ada test utk paper call. 10.30 pagi sampai 12.30. amende lah call ni kan. aku dok sebut2. call ni computer assisted language learning. kalau nak tau dengan lebih lanjut, korang google lah k. teknologi dah ada, sila guna. kerek lah pulak kan aku ni? lol. ok so seperti biasa, tidak study utk test tersebut. sebab ape? oi notes dia kalah buku teks. sedangkan kalau notes slides pun aku tak bace apetah lagik notes buku teks. jadi time call huru hara lah aku jawab, tulisan pun mcm ayam. good luck sir, moga2 sir bagi saya A.

lepas test aku, nad dan izza pun berlari2 sebab nak balik bersiap utk event pukul 3, kat unit korporat. sebelum gerak masing2 lapar gile so ktorg singgah 7e dan aku beli pisang. pisang 7e yang harga singgit tu sedap weh, tak manis tak tawar. just nice. walaupun mahal, tapi worth it la.sempat promote lagi tu. ok then sampai pintu gerbang uitm yg gah tu..hujan. nasib baik canseleri ade porch yg besar jadi kurang basahlah kitorang. event berjalan lancar. aku personally bangga dengan management team and the whole production team gak sebab berjaya kumpul dana untuk adik2 kat tasputra. bila aku dengar ucapan vc (yg dibacakan oleh tnc) aku rasa sangat bangga dan aku tau, semua yg terlibat ngan willow akan do something great bila dah grad nanti, and jugak akan banyak melibatkan diri ngn kerja2 amal. moga2 korang kat luar sana pun sudi utk bantu orang2 yang memerlukan kita. kalau nak suruh semua orang bagi duit, memang la tak mampu. donate apa yang kita mampu. kalau korang cikgu, buat la free class ke. kalau korang pandai masak, masakkan la utk diorang. kalau korang engineer, tolong la cat rumah kebajikan ke ape2 la, k? kita kene bersyukur kita mampu nak dapat education dengan keadaan yg sempurna. ramai kat luar yg tak bertuah mcm kita, jadi, dah jadi tanggungjawab besar utk kita bantu orang lain plak.

habis je event 3.45, kitorang rush balik fakulti sebab ade presentation kol 4. presentation ni presentation aku yg last skali utk semester ini, dan insyaAllah, presentation terakhir utk degree year. rasa mcm sangat tak percaya. dan aku sangat excited masa buat presentation tu. lepas dah habis aku rasa puas gile, tatau lah sebab ape. haha. ok abes presentation kol 6. kitorang sepatutnya kol 3 tu ade rehearsal utk dinner malam tu sbb kitorang buat persembahan. tapi tak pergi sebab ade majlis penyerahan cek tu. so kitorang decide utk pergi awal sikit utk tgk tmpt. tapi masing2 lapar sbb seharian tak makan, so kitorang singgah hassan utk makan megi goreng. megi goreng hassan best gile weh, tolong lah makan. hehe.

ok entri utk dinner aku post lepas ni sebab ade banyak gambar nak letak. AND video persembahan kitorang gak. :) tunggu aite? :P

mari berbahasa melayu. aku penat gile menggunakan bahasa inggeris utk jurnal (ni bm utk journal kan?) PD. wokeh. agak susah gak nak guna bahasa ibunda ni. siapa yang buat mbmmbi, good luck.

so pada hari rabu, 31 mac 2010, kanak2 u8c yang tak sedar2 assignment (eh, kerja kursus) berlambak2 telah keluar berpoya2. aktiviti tak boleh blah. masing2 macam kaya raya je aku tengok. walhal lepas tu bila balik tgk2 poket kosong. sepanjang minggu terpaksa makan megi. padan muka kau.

agenda hari melepak tak ingat punya:

-bowling
-arcade
-karoke

mula2, pergi tengok how to train your dragon. time aku ngan nad pergi beli tiket, first, dah malu sebab tengok cerita kanak2 (eh2, bila pk balek apahal lak nak malu, rated U kot, umum.) ok takpelah. lepas tu:

aku: *sengih* aa, (cewah, cakap omputih ni) we want to buy tickets for tomorrow, boleh kan?
abang kaunter: (jap, aku pun heran apehal la aku dok panggil orang2 kerja kedai makan ke, kedai baju ke, kedai kain ke, jual tiket ke, semuanya aku panggil abang or akak. obviously, yang kerja2 ni semua tgh tunggu result UPU, tak sedar2 ke kau tu dah tua tatie oi. ok anyways) boleh2

abang kaunter: bape orang? 3?
aku: erm..tak. *abang ni bersedia tak ni* 24!

So true. It is YOUR life. It is YOUR feelings. People are mean. People do mean things to you. People hurt you. What people want to do to you; you can’t control. And yes, you can’t help feeling hurt. BUT you can control how you handle that emotion of yours. You are hurt. Are you gonna break down and be miserable out of things (mean) people do to you?

i used to be that person. but now, generally, I am a happy person. (and i thank God for that) Why? Because I want to be happy. I choose to be happy. I do not let stupid things get in my way. And stupid things do not happen all the time. And when it does, I always tell myself, why be miserable over one thing when you can actually be HAPPY over thousands? Why would I want to let one thing get in my way? Be thankful of what you have, forget what you don’t. I have friends coming up to me telling me how they envy seeing me always happy and laughing. I just don’t get how people see being happy as something so hard to do.

And I think my parents thought me well. Sometimes when I whine about stuffs in life, they will always ALWAYS ask me to think about those at war, those who do not have a roof above their heads, those who can’t see, hear or speak, basically those less fortunate than me. If not having a car makes me miserable, what about those who don’t even have shoes to protect their feet? If not having a big mansion makes me uncomfortable, what about those who are homeless? If not having enough money to go shopping makes me depressed, what about those not having any for food? It is all you. Be thankful of what you have. If one thing does not work out for you, instead of being sad about it, be thankful for others that does. Permitting yourself to be miserable is like the biggest crime you can do to yourself. It is even worse than eating French fries. Haha.

so are you done being sad? enough is enough. coz it's pathetic.

remember the hell week? yes. that happened.

but but but, yes. i survived.
u're confused ey with my postings? haha.

ok so on friday (March 26th), we had a jump start for our PD seminar.
it's our turn this time and we were the last group and the previous two set a high benchmark, so imagine the pressure. so me, naddi, tajul and izza made our way to kl the nite before (see the here and there chronology?) to get the button badges from zeezam and take the free stuffs from izza's. (thnx uncle). we had a late supper at pelita, SHAH ALAM (aah, dah go alll the way to kl, still balek shah alam for food. LOL) and went to bed pretty late jugak. imagine, from monday tido tunggang langgang.

then we were up since 8 (bajet awal-lah tu kan?) to get the tags printed, then the printer buat hal, and go to the bank, and go to section 18, and then go to wan's to put in all the goodies inside the files (we all love the file - LOL).ngantok, but happy. and yeap, that's the dorky me.
naz getting excited with the goodies. oh and wan prepared breakfast for us.
focus at the back. thnx wan! so sweet! :)the goodie bags with lotsa goodies. :)

then me and nad made a quick trip to pyramid (SEMPAT LAGI TU) as naddi needed to buy her outfit for the seminar. then we rushed home and get the tags done at her house, and rushed to fspu to join the rest of the class who were already there since 3pm.orang2 kuat kami :)

it was a great one. the speakers inspired me :) i enjoyed the seminar, seriously and sincerely! *winks*

had a crazy arrangement to go for the hot air balloon event. kejap nak gerak 6.15am kejap nak gerak at 9. so we then decided to gerak at 7.45 and i promised to meet the rest of the gang there.

later that nite, around 12 something, konon2 nak berani tgk emily rose sorang2, lepas tu takut so i switched off the tv and went to bed. hehe.

not even the third day of hell week, i'm already doomed.

monday: test. know all the answers but can't even remember one story for children lit. period pain, slept all night and did not do movie review for lions for lamb.

tuesday:
1) skipped call as i needed to finish the movie review.
2) got to know that women lit test is postponed to thursday. no, it's not good news. that's bad news as it means that we have to have a head start for the creative project!
3) bendahari called and they said there's something wrong with the receipts. boleh mencarut sekarang? benda tu dah berape bulan dah weh? kang aku cakap korang ni lembab buat kerja marah!
4) my head was about to explode as i was trying to finish up the movie review andddddddddddddd suddenly safa texted the class is cancel. we can submit the asgmt next week. no, it's not good news. it means i skipped CALL for nothing! and they learnt bout autoplay for the courseware project. blergh!

i was on the phone with si apex gila when this caller calls in. i thought it was important as that person has been calling twice. so i ended the phone call and accepted the other one.

him: hello ms ezzati.
me: em..yes??
him:i'm sorry to call u in the middle of the nite ya. i'm calling on behalf of mr. NH (the speaker for our seminar)
me: oh ok. yes?
him: he needs to postpone as he has to go out of town.
me: but he did meet up with the pm and apm that day rite?
him: yes, i talked to ur pm already and he asked me to call u since u're handling the promotion.
me: ???? can i call u back in a few minutes? i need to check with my pm first.
him: (Laughing his ass off) oh actually ni izzat. kawan safa(my pm).
me: bodo la koranggggggggg...

it was a lonngg confusing conversation. i had to edit some of it. haha.
and i heard safa laughing at the back. it's not funny guys. NOT FUNNY!

so a few minutes later another strange number calls.

me: helo?
him: helo tatie.
me: ye? sape ni?
him: ni wan.
me: wan mane?
him: OH TAK KENAL? TAK SAVE NUMBER???
me: aa...tak. wan mane ni?
him: fine lah! *ended the phone call*

wth? haha. haish. jumaat yg pelik :)

but both phone calls made my day so far. haha. thnx people.

Remember this post i posted ~~few weeks ago~~ last month (look at that, how time flies. i thought it was weeks)? oh daddy sent me another one that i think i should share with you guys.

A man came over and offered his service as a painter to a female putting gas in her car and left his card. She said no, but accepted his card out of kindness and got in the car. The man then got into a car driven by another gentleman.

As the lady left the service station, she saw the men following her out of the station at the same time. Almost immediately, she started to feel dizzy and could not catch her breath. She tried to open the window and realized that the odor was on her hand; the same hand which accepted the card from the gentleman at the gas station.

She then noticed the men were immediately behind her and she felt she needed to do something at that moment. She drove into the first driveway and began to honk her horn repeatedly to ask for help.The men drove away but the lady still felt pretty bad for several minutes after she could finally catch her breath. Apparently, there was a substance on the card that could have seriously injured her.

This drug is called 'BURUNDANGA'and it is used by people who wish to incapacitate a victim in order to steal from or take advantage of them. This drug is four times more dangerous than the date rape drug and is transferable on simple cards.

So take heed and make sure you don't accept cards at any given time alone or from someone on the streets. This applies to those making house calls and slipping you a card when they offer their services.

fiffy told me about his housemate who had to change his flat tyre, at the side of the highway with one of his hands in cast and no one bothers to stop. i was like 'tak prihatin nye rakyat malaysia!!'

BUT

come to think of it, do u know why people don't stop? coz of those crazy wackos who made people feel scared to offer help anymore. we even have (fake) pregnant women robbing people now. huwargh. what's happening to you dear country? then again, if so happens someone stopped to help fiffy's friend, do u think his friend would believe if that person really want to help or do they have different agenda?

i think we should stop all these fairy tales publication. it does not do anyone any good.

1) little girls grow up becoming bimbos and actually believe that prince charming exist. in which they will later on start to compare all the boys they met with the fictional-je-kot-prince charming.

2) little girls tried so hard to become damsel in distress (i.e: tak boleh nak angkat meja sebab berat sangat, kononnya) even if they can actually stand up for themselves. why? coz in all these perfect tales, women have to be the weak whiny princesses and NEED to and HAVE to be rescued by the perfect prince charming.

3) little boys grow up not even knowing they have expectations from these brain-washed little girls that they have to, have to (no exception) to be the prince charming. (as little boys-well at least most of them-don't read fairy tales)

4) please don't get me started on the singing birds and the mouse sewing up your dress. they.don't.do.that.- u don't need a degree to figure that out.

5) happily ever after does not exist. period. don't prepare your little girls with that, people. they need to learn life the hard way. not with having the idea that everything is gonna be okay coz prince charming will come and save the day. it doesn't work that way. it just don't.

sunday : woke up super late. had a late lunch and just got to know that children lit's presentation is only gonna take 15mins/group. look at that, presenting the next day, but did not even have r.l. stine's fear street in hand. :) stayed up until 6am (monday) to finish reading and prepare the slides and started with the write-up.

monday: skipped PD. thought of finishing the write up for presentation, turned out we didnt have to hand it in for now. blergh. rugi gileeeee skip PD! got to class, did not present, and got back assignment, got super bad marks! I GOT 2/5 for language!!!!!!!! that's like...a D! didn't sleep the whole night monday trying to figure out what to do for talentime assgmt.

tuesday: CALL got canceled. thank god. got pretty much time for talentime. watched Gadoh on youtube, didn't have time to enjoy it as i was busy finding points for the asgmt. had fun during CIE class. sayang mdm K banyak2! :)

wednesday: movie viewing class on WEDNESDAY. wednesday was supposed to be my catch-some-sleep day but had to go to class instead. nasib baik mona lisa smile best! caught a bad sore throat.

thursday: sore throat got worse. did a suckie presentation during women lit. there goes 20%. oh. watched my name is khan. sangat best. tolong, pergi, tgk! pls!!

friday: supervisor dropped a two word comment on fb. 'ur ae?' :)

so if all that sounds like a great week, then i am having a great week.
huwargh. surprise me this weekend people. i really need it!

i have 2 drafted posts that i need to edit. seems like it's not gonna happen anytime soon as i'm still down with the sore throat and i can feel the fever coming. Plus i've been chewing/sucking on strepsils for the past hours and i'm super dizzy. speaking of that, the presentation this morning: sucks so bad that i feel i don't deserve the degree i'm gonna get. i was super blur looking at my points and i blame the strepsils. (walhal sendiri tak prepare) seriously, teruk. sangat. malu dengan diri sendiri.

anyway, how's ur week so far? mine is terrible.

happy saturday everyone! expected, naddi gave me a wake up call and asked for a breakfast. so i literally dragged myself to the shower and got ready. went to darus, subang (jauh kan? fiffy la ni gedik.) and had nasi lemak ayam. sihat makanan kau, tatie. :)

then made a pit stop at guardian and bought shampooooo and shower cream since i've been using izza's for the past 3 days. hehe. oh they ran out of stocks on everything that i wanted to buy so i settled for guardian punye brand. ok la, wangi la jugak. why am i telling u all this? i dont know i just feel like typing. LOL.

anyway, do u know they have this if-u-want-plastic-pay-20-cent-each day every saturday now? oh i just got to know it today since it's i think for the first time in 7 weeks that i wake up early on saturday. he he. so yeah, i think it's a good effort to go green. pretty late, but still, good effort. so what can we do? refuse to take plastic bags as often as we can. ala korang ni sume beg gedabak besar, aku tau. sumbat sudah. tayah plastik2. :)

planning to visit adek tomorrow in his school with ayong. so might meet up with umi, papa n nana there. but papa said only to come if chapter 1-3 is done. eheh. we'll see. :P ok gotta go try to get those done.
